Nepal on Wednesday made an easy win of nine wickets over Bhutan in their second match of the ACC U-19 Asia Cup Eastern Region Qualifiers, played in Malaysia.
This is Nepal’s second straight win in the tournament as they had defeated Thailand by 255 runs in the first match played on Monday.
Bhutan, however, had conceded a nine-wicket defeat to Singapore.
During today’s match, Bhutan were all-out in 25 overs while they had scored just 50 runs. Dipendra Singh Airee took five wickets for Nepal. Likewise, Sandeep Lamichhane and Nandan Yadav caught four and one wickets each.
Earlier, Bhutan had won the toss and choose to bat.
Nepal will play Singapore on Thursday.
