At least two people have died after the bus they were on fell off the road in Dhading on Tuesday.
According to police, the bus (Lu 2 Kha 6630) was carrying 44 people, and was headed to Triveni in Nawaparsi. The bus fell around 100 metres at Benighat Rorang.
Area Police Office Inspector Barun Singh said the deceased are: Ramashanker Singh (65) of Nawalparasi and Bachchu Ram (30). Singh died while receiving treatment at Star Hospital, Balkhu, while Ram breathed his last the Trauma Centre in Kathmandu.
Thirty-one of the injured had been rushed to the Trauma centre. According to police, five of the injured have been admitted to Star Hospital, and one at the Trauma Centre.
