Nepal Covid-19 tally: 107 new cases, 78 recoveries, 0 death in 24 hours

Kathmandu, March 4

The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 274,488 as of Thursday afternoon.

The ministry says 107 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours.

In this period, 5,536 swab samples were tested. So far, 2 million and 179,047 people have been tested in the country.

As of today, 795 cases are active.

Of the total cases so far, 270,683 people have achieved recovery whereas 3,010 died, according to the ministry. In the past 24 hours, 62 people have achieved recoveries whereas no deaths have been reported. 

Over 50 people are quarantined across the country.
