Kathmandu, May 5
CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has commented that the Supreme Court’s stay order against the impeachment motion filed against Chief Justice Sushila Karki proved that justice has not died yet in Nepal.
“Justice is alive,” Oli told journalists as he learnt about the order while attending a function at a hotel in Kathmandu, “We agree with this order.”
“I want to congratulate Chief Justice Sushila Karki,” he added, “May her goodwill expand.”
Meanwhile, Oli urged Nepali Congress and CPN-Maoist Centre to withdraw the impeachment motion.
