Dhangadhi, January 27
A pedestrian has died after being hit by a motorbike in the Kailali district of Sudurpaschim.
Sharada Chand (45), a resident of Godawari municipality-3 of the district after being hit by the two-wheeler (Sudurpaschim Pradesh-01-009 Pa 2308) on Thursday evening.
Seriously injured in the accident, she was taken to the Kohalpur Medical College in Banke after the Padma Hospital in Attariya referred the case, and she died during treatment, according to DSP Rabindra Pandey, the chief of the Malakheti Area Police Post in Kailali.
Meanwhile, the biker Surendra Bhandari (24), a resident of Godawari-3, is also critically injured and is undergoing treatment at Maya Metro Hospital in Dhangadhi.
