Kathmandu, December 7
Nepal Communist Party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal says ruling and opposition sides should work together to lead the country towards economic development and prosperity.
The former prime minister reiterates that the country already completed required political struggles, hence economic development should be the priority now.
“We have a historic opportunity,” he said while speaking at a function in Kathmandu.
Dahal called on opposition leaders and others who have been criticising the government in order to extend their support.
No one should argue that previous systems were better than the current form of governance, as the country significantly moved forward, he commented.
On the occasion, the ruling party leader also claimed the incumbent government already made some significant achievements.
