Kathmandu, August 21
The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has nominated Home Minister Sudan Gurung and Bhupdev Shah as members of its Central Committee.
The nominations were made during the party’s Central Committee meeting on Friday on the proposal of party president Rabi Lamichhane.
Other leaders nominated to the Central Committee include Infrastructure Development Minister Sunil Lamsal, General Administration Minister Pratibha Rawal, Purushottam Yadav, Basumaya Tamang, Dr Manohar Pradhan, Surendra Chaudhary and Dr Bhaktabahadur Rai.
The latest nominations come as the RSP moves to complete its Central Committee following its recent general convention. The party had been discussing the nomination of additional members to the committee.
