Kathmandu, August 23
The planned China visit by Rabi Lamichhane, chairperson of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has been postponed.
According to a high-placed source, Lamichhane’s visit has been put off for the time being. The visit, which was initially scheduled for the second week of August, had already been postponed by a month.
However, Lamichhane will not travel to China in the second week of September either, according to the source. Instead, a delegation of lawmakers is now expected to visit China.
Lamichhane had been scheduled to visit China following his trip to India.
