Kathmandu, November 5
Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chair Rabi Lamichhane has met visiting Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri.
RSP spokesperson Jagadish Kharel said Misri visited Budhanilkantha for a courtesy meeting with Lamichhane.
According to Kharel, the two discussed Lamichhane’s previous official visit to India during the meeting. They also exchanged wishes for the success of upcoming high-level visits between the two countries.
Lamichhane said Nepal was placing emphasis on development and economic diplomacy, Kharel said in a statement.
The meeting also covered the multifaceted relationship between Nepal and India and ways to further strengthen ties between the two countries, according to the statement.
