Pokhara, June 2
The Pokhara High Court has upheld the Tanahun and Nawalpur district courts’ order to keep actor Paul Shah in judicial custody and proceed with the rape case.
The district courts had remanded Paul Shah in custody for trial.
Following that, Shah had appealed to the Pokhara High Court demanding his real on bail. But, a joint bench of judges Ujjwal Shukla and Shridhara Kumari Pudasaini passed the order on Thursday, said deputy registrar Bishnu Prasad Acharya.
An aspiring teenage singer through the government attorneys had filed a rape charge against him at both district courts few months ago.
