Kathmandu, June 15
A Buddha Air aircraft had a close shave at the Tribhuvan International Airport this afternoon as it hit a ladder at the parking bay while landing.
The 9N-AIN aircraft, which had left the Pokhara Airport today, had touched the ladder kept to clean some other aircraft at the bay.
The incident did not result in any big loss except a minor damage in the aircraft’s fuel tank.
Meanwhile, the airline company has accused the airport administration of negligence.
The administration, however, has not made any formal comment about the incident.
TIA spokesperson Prem Nath Thakur told Onlinekhabar that no such incident happened at the airport today.
