The Bibeksheel Sajha Party has decided to filed its two coordinators, Rabindra Mishra and Ujwal Thapa, in Kathmandu constituency 1 and 5 respectively for the upcoming House of Representatives polls.
The party has decided to contest the polls in five among 10 constituencies of the capital.
The then Bibeksheel Nepali’s candidate for the Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Ranju Darshana, would not contest for House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly due to underage. She is just 21 whereas the minimum age set for parliamentary polls is 25.
Kishor Thapa who had run for the mayor from then Sajha Party is likely to contest for the Provincial Assembly.
The party says the candidates will be formally announced today itself.
