ACC U-19 Asia Cup: Nepal drawn with Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and UAE

Kathmandu, August 21

Nepal have been drawn in Group B of the U-19 ACC Asia Cup 2019 along with hosts Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and the UAE. The draw was made public by the ACC on Wednesday.

On the other hand, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Kuwait have been drawn in Group A.

According to the fixtures, Nepal will face hosts Sri Lanka on September 6, Bangladesh on September 8 and the UAE on September 10. Nepal will have to finish as group winners or runners-up to book a place in the semi-finals.

Nepal, which are looking to beat test nations, are currently working hard in training. The coach has said that Nepal’s aim as of now is to reach the semi-finals.
