Thai and Nepali artists unite for the exhibition ‘Shared Horizons’

Kathmandu, January 8

A group exhibition ‘Shared Horizons’ began on December 12, 2023, at Classic Gallery, Lalitpur. The exhibition features 42 artworks by Nepali and Thai artists. One can see paintings, sculptures and ceramic art in the exhibition.

The participating Nepali artists are Anamika Gautam, Binod Pradhan, Kunti Shree Thapa, Mukesh Shrestha, Nilesh Shakya, Sanjeet Maharjan, Suchin Shrestha, Sudikshya Dongol, Sujan Dongol, Sunita Maharjan, Suraj Shilpakar and Sushila Singh.

Likewise, artists from Thailand—Jaruwan Mueangkhwa, Kripol Kittisirot, Natsuree Techawiriyataweesin and Vasan Sitthiket— have showcased their work in the exhibition.

A day artwork shop was also organised between the December 16, 2023 exhibition. Classic Gallery organised the exhibition to exchange knowledge and create a platform for national and international artists to promote their artworks along with exposure for young artists.

The exhibition continues till January 15.
