Traffic on the Sisneri-Dakshinkali road section has been closed for 12 days from today. DSP at the District Police Office, Laxmi Bhandari informed the vehicular movement has been closed till October 5 for blacktopping of the Dakshinkali-Chhaimale section of the Sisneri-Dakshinkali section.
The road stretch connects Hetauda, the capital of Bagmati province, to the federal capital Kathmandu.
He urged the vehicles to use alternative routes through Kulekhani-Fakhel-Matatirtha road section, Kantilokpath road section, Tribhuvan Highway and Narayangadh-Muglin road section.
