Once again, a company owned by Sharada Prasad Adhikari, the owner of the house where the NCP chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal is residing, has failed to import chemical fertilisers as promised.

Consequently, Krishi Samagri Company Limited has taken action against Shailung Enterprises. The company had been assigned to import 30,000 metric tonnes of urea from India.

Following the action, the deposit worth Rs 55.65 million submitted by the company has been seized. Krishi Samagri Company’s managing operator Netra Bahadur Bhandari says a process has been launched to blacklist the company.

The company had faced a similar action just a few months ago for its failure to import fertiliser as promised.
