(Updated) Nepal’s Covid-19 tally hits 75

Kathmandu, May 3

With the confirmation of six new cases in Nepalgunj in the evening, the number of coronavirus positive cases in the country has reached 75.

Earlier today, nine in Nepalgunj and one in Birguni had tested positive.

Whereas the total number of cases was 59 until the morning, it rose by 16 today.

Meanwhile, 16 of the 75 patients have already achieved recovery, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

Nine more people test positive for coronavirus in Nepalgunj; Nepal’s tally hits 69

Kathmandu, May 3

Nine people in the Nepalgunj city of southwestern Nepal have tested positive for coronavirus on Sunday. With this, the number of Covid-19 cases in the country has reached 69.

Five men and boys, and four women and girls, aged between seven and 58 years tested positive.
