Kathmandu, March 6
The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 274,655 as of Saturday afternoon.
The ministry says 47 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours.
In this period, 3,535 swab samples were tested. So far, 2 million and 188,725 people have been tested in the country.
As of today, 817 cases are active.
Of the total cases so far, 270,828 people have achieved recovery whereas 3,010 died, according to the ministry. In the past 24 hours, 62 people have been discharged whereas zero deaths have been reported.
Over 50 people are quarantined across the country.
