Kathmandu, June 18
Tension ran high in Bauddha area of Kathmandu on Tuesday morning after a woman was found hanged at local Samata Hospital.
The hospital’s cleaner Bimala Tamang, 27, a permanent resident of Doramba in Ramechhap district, was found dead inside the hospital., according to SP Ashok Singh.
Following the finding of the body, a group of protestors claiming themselves to be her kin came there and vandalised the hospital.
Meanwhile, Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, deployed a team under the command of DSP Homindra Bogati to look into the case. But the hospital is still tense.
