Indian gas bullet hits two Dhading pedestrians to death

Kathmandu, November 11

An Indian liquefied petroleum gas carrier hit two persons to death in Rorang Rural Municipality-5 of Dhading district, west of Kathmandu, on Sunday.

The victims have been identified as locals Geeta Nepali, 35, and Sunita Nepali, 21.

Police inform that the bullet (UP 75 AJ 5208) had hit the pedestrians after the driver, Bhola Kumar, an Indian citizen, lost his control over the vehicle.

Critically injured, the two were rushed to nearby Gajuri Health Post. But, they breathed their last during treatment there.

Police have arrested the driver for further investigation.

Meanwhile, the bullet fell around 20 metres down the road after the accident.

Police have been moblised at the incident site to prevent any untoward incident of fire eruption.
