A Nepali Army team defused an improvised exclusive device found near the hotel, where Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba was staying, in Dhangadhi of Kailali today.

The ‘pressure cooker bomb’ was found in a sack near the  Taranagar bridge in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-5 today.

The Nepali Congress President has been staying in Dhangadhi for last three days to fuel electioneering of his party ahead of the polls scheduled for Thursday.

He has been addressing multiple mass meetings on a single day in various districts of the far-west region.
