Kathmandu, September 21
Police have arrested three people with 30 kilograms of marijuana in Parsa.
Police arrested 50-year-old Mahesh Sahani, 34-year-old Nandalal Sahani and 75-year-old Bhuti, also known as Bhurichaudhary, from Paterwasugauli Rural Municipality-1 on Sunday night after firing two rounds into the air.
Acting on a tip-off, a team from the Area Police Office in Paterwasugauli reached Malahi Tole in Ward No. 1. Police said they fired two rounds from a pistol into the air after people allegedly involved in transporting marijuana attempted to flee.
