10 Nepali companies selected for 100-day entrepreneurship development programme

Kathmandu, November 30

International startup accelerator Rockstart says it has selected 10 startup entrepreneurs for the recent edition of annual Rockstart Impact programme in Nepal.

The organisation had called applications from startups until October 8.

After the end of the deadline, the companies have already been selected and the ‘100-day acceleration programme’ has begun in the first week of November, the organisation informs.

Those selected for entrepreneurship development opportunities include Godam Sewa, Healthy Diet & Food, Indradevi Strawberry Farm, Kanjirowa Agro Farm, Mount Everest Organic Coffee, Rudyn Agriflora, Sarathi, Tripathi Group, UG Enterprises and Urban Girl Inc.

Meanwhile, the companies recently completed the ‘Mentor Week’, a major component of the 100-day programme, in which Nepali and Dutch mentors and experts guided them to accelerate their business, according to the organisation.
