Twitter reacts to Kabul suicide attack

Fourteen Nepali security guards have been killed in an early morning suicide attack on a military bus in eastern Kabul on Monday, Afghanistan’s Ministry of Interior Affairs said.

The suicide bomber targeted the minibus which was carrying employees working for a foreign company in Banae area, PD9 Kabul city, at 05:40 am local time. Photos and tweets from the blast site started appearing in Twitter early morning today.

Taliban took responsibilities for the attack which killed 14 and wounded several.

Social media posts about the incident, which is the deadliest in terms of the number of Nepali nationals to be killed in a single incident in the recent times, started pouring in from various quarters of the society.


The incident is being condemned worldwide.
