Dipendra K Khanal has signed Surakshya Pant in the lead role opposite Khagendra Lamichhane for his upcoming film Dhanpati.
Khanal is the director of movies such as Pashupati Prasad and the Chapali Height series.
Pant started her career with Ajhai Pani, the last feature film of the late Alok Nembang. Dhanpati will be written by actor/writer Khagendra Lamichhane, who previously collaborated with Khanal on Pashupati Prasad.
Dhanpati is produced by Rojin Sitaula. The movie will about a whirlwind journey of a man consumed by ambition and ego, according to Khanal.
