Fairfield by Marriott, Kathmandu is hosting a South Indian Food Festival to offer a delicious treat to the diners. This 10-day long festival will be led by the guest Chef Thirumal Mohan, from Marriott White Field Bangalore, India.
With over 18 years of experience in promoting South Indian cuisine, Chef Thirumal has worked at reputed international hotels like Aloft, W Hotel. He will offer a rich food experience by carefully curating the menu to showcase the culinary delights South India.
The menu is crafted by Chef Thirumal and the culinary team at the hotel and will include South Indian delicacies like idlli, dosa and sambar.
The menu is curated from the five South Indian states- Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Telangana.
