Kathmandu, July 19
Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Mohammad Ishtiyaq Rayi, has said the ministry was planning to set up one printing station each in Province 1, Madhesh, Karnali and Sudurpaschim and two each in Gankadi and Lumbini provinces.
With this, the ministry wants to ensure everyone gets their smart licence within two days of their test. But, Rayi adds the ministry does not have enough budget to do so currently.
He also adds the ministry is planning to hand over a machine to traffic police that could read the licence.
