Kathmandu, January 7
Safal Raj Kunwar, who has been issued a diffusion notice by the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol), has been arrested.
According to the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of the Police, he was arrested from Macau and brought to Kathmandu with the help of Interpol Macau. It is alleged that he cheated various people by saying that he would take them to Macau.
An arrest warrant was issued against him based on the complaint filed by 11 people. He was absconding. The police have prepared to hand over Kunwar to the court.
