The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has opened applications for people aspiring to become local representatives in municipalities.
The party has invited applications from those seeking to contest for the posts of mayor, deputy mayor, ward chairperson and ward member.
Issuing a public notice on Thursday, the RSP said, “Applications for the Municipality Candidate Club are now open. If you are interested in taking a leadership role as mayor, deputy mayor, ward chairperson or ward member in your municipality in the upcoming local elections, please apply.”
Interested candidates can submit their applications through the party’s mobile application.
The RSP opened applications for its Rural Municipality Candidate Club in August 17.
