Kathmandu, March 26
President Bidya Devi Bhandari will address a joint meeting of Parliament on Thursday, the government has decided.
A meeting of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s Cabinet decided to invite the President to address a joint meeting of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly at 4 pm on Thursday.
This will the first address of the President following her re-election to the job on March 13.
