Kathmandu, February 21
Naya Shakti Nepal leader Baburam Bhattarai held talks with Parivar Dal leader Eknath Dhakal on Tuessday.
The two discussed latest political developments during the talks at Bhattarai’s residence.
Quoting Bhattarai after the meeting, Dhakal said: Elections are welcome, but it’s still unclear whether they will happen on schedule.
According to Dhakal, Bhattarai expressed doubts as to whether it will be possible to conduct elections without taking United Democratic Madheshi Front into confidence.
Both leaders welcome the governmet’s election annoucement, though.
