Kathmandu, March 15
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli visited the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital on Sunday morning to remove a stent put inside his body during the kidney transplantation on March 4.
Oli was discharged from the hospital last Friday. Though the doctors attending him had advised him to abstain from meetings and events, Oli had met senior leaders of his party and his advisors on Saturday. The ruling Nepal Communist Party’s executive chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, the party’s senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal and general secretary Bishnu Paudel among others had gone to Baluwatar to meet the prime minister.
Meanwhile, Oli is scheduled to attend a video conference with other SAARC leaders this evening.
