Nepali Congress peadel Ram Chandra Paudel says that the government has cheated the citizens by not fulfilling its promises.
He said so in the launch of his book ‘Nepali Congress and Democratic Socialism’ on Thursday.
“PM KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahap said that they would bring good governance; but those were all lies. They had said that they would make sure that they would bring the culprits of cases like the 33.5 kg gold smuggling, wide body aircraft anomialies, sugar price rise case to justice; but those were only lies,” said Paudel.
He added that corruption was socialism’s biggest enemy and promised to go to villages to launch an ideological campaign.
He urged the Nepali Congress cadres to help him in this process.
