Kathmandu, July 24
The Tatopani border point between Nepal and Tibet of China has been disconnected from road network to Kathmandu as a bridge over Bhotekoshi River in Larcha of Sindhupalchok broke on Sunday night.
Vehicles heading towards and from Tatopani have been obstructed.
A landslide triggered by incessant rainfall destroyed the 70-metre bridge connecting Phulpingkatti and Tatopani, says the District Police Office.
The bridge was constructed just two years ago and China had extended financial support.
