Kathmandu, August 27
The Department of Customs has requested that the Korala border point in Mustang be used as an alternative to the Rasuwagadhi and Tatopani crossings.
In its latest update, the department asked cargo vehicles, drivers, and traders heading toward Nepal via the two closed crossings to instead use the Korala point.
The notice states that the department will work on facilitating use of the Korala route, alternative pathways, customs procedures, and other necessary arrangements. The department also said that one of its missing staff members has since made contact, identified as Sagun Moktan.
