Kathmandu, February 28
Prime Minister Prachanda is addressing the nation on Tuesday. Prime Minister will deliver his address from Singhadurbar in the evening, his press adviser Govinda Acharya informed.
The government has already announced local level elections. It is learnt that he will appeal all Nepali peoples to channelise their energies on the elections.
