Kathmandu, November 28
The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 230,723 as of Saturday afternoon.
The ministry says 1,380 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours.
In this period, 9,368 swab samples were tested. So far, 1 million and 719,828 people have been tested in the country.
As of today, 18,083 cases are active.
Of the total cases so far, 211,186 people have achieved recovery whereas 1,454 died, according to the ministry. In the past 24 hours, 515 people have been discharged whereas 19 deaths have been reported.
Over 600 people are quarantined across the country.
