Kathmandu, November 16
The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 210,973 as of Monday afternoon.
The ministry says 1,197 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours.
In this period, 4,832 swab samples were tested. So far, 1 million and 613,911 people have been tested in the country.
As of today, 33,379 cases are active currently.
Of the total cases so far, 176,364 people have achieved recovery whereas 1,230 died, according to the ministry. In the past 24 hours, 2,934 people have been discharged whereas nine deaths have been reported.
Over 1,000 people are quarantined across the country.
