Pushpa Kamal Dahal

Kathmandu, July 30

Various internal disputes in the ruling Nepal Communist Party is likely to continue for a next few days as one of the two chairmen of the party, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, left Kathmandu for the United Arab Emirates on a family trip.

The party secretariat tried to settle the issues including who will lead the school department before Dahal’s departure on Monday, but failed.

Dahal family sources inform that the visit is organised as desired by the former prime minister’s wife, Sita, who is suffering from various diseases for a past few years.

The couple’s two daughters, Ganga and Bharatpur mayor Renu, have also accompanied their parents in the trip.

He will return home after five days.

Sources close to Dahal says he will not hold any political meeting during his  UAE sojourn.
