The Kathmandu District Court ordered police to release a youth arrested on the charge of attacking women with syringes last month on bail.
Subsequently, Santosh Karki posted the bail amount of Rs 300,000 and got released. However, a few minutes late, a team of police from the Metropolitan Police Circle in Sorhakhutte nabbed him again on the charge of ‘indecent assault’.
The law enforcers are preparing to file another case against him.
Earlier, police had arrested him on the charge of attacking women with syringes. However, in his statement to police, Karki had said he used nails to attack women, and it was done for fun.
