The National Assembly has endorsed the ‘Civil Servant Adjustment Ordinance-2075’ with a majority on Friday. The assembly passed the ordinance, presented by Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration, Lalbabu Pandit.
In the meeting Minister for Foreign Affairs, Pradeep Kumar Gyawali presented a proposal to send the ‘Passport Bill-2075’ at Legislative Committee for clause-wise discussion.
Likewise, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal, on the behalf of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, presented ‘Bill Related to Province Public Service Commission (Basis and Criteria)-2075’ in the Upper House.
The meeting also extended condolence over the demise of former State Minister for Soil Conservation, Kamala Devi Sharma. Sharma of Rastriya Prajatantra Party died of cardiac arrest on December 31.
Extending condolence to the bereaved family, the National Assembly wished for eternal peace to the departed soul.
The NA will meet next on January 9.
