Shilpee Theatre is set to embark on a Europe tour with its play Lost and Found. The tour, scheduled from July 8 to August 15, will feature performances in five cities in Germany, two in Denmark, and two in Sweden.

The 39-day tour will include four workshops and nine performances. According to the play’s director, Ghimire Yubaraj, Lost and Found has been selected for the Protagon International Performing Arts Festival in Frankfurt, Germany.

Currently, the play is being staged at Shilpee Theatre in Kathmandu. In response to audience demand, the performance run has been extended until June 7.

The play explores complex themes—statelessness, identity crisis, migration, feminism, and socio-political issues—that, at times, risk overshadowing its central message: humanity.
