Labour minister announces plans to provide 100 days of work to 60,000 unemployed

Kathmandu, January 7

Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Rameshwor Raya Yadav has announced government plans to provide 100 days for work to 60,000 unemployed people around the country.

Speaking at a press conference in the capital on Tuesday, Minister Yadav said that the 100 days of work will be provided by the local governments.

The minister also said that Nepal will soon sign a labour agreement with Oman.
