The Sajha Yatayat has launched its mobile app ‘Mero Sajha‘ with which passengers can find which Sajha bus is plying where.
Sajha Yatayat’s Acting Chief Executive Officer Mahendra Raj Pandey says passengers who wait for the bus can benefit from the service.
“Now, it will be easy for passengers to find other options to pass time as they await buses if it takes more time for the bus to arrive any station,” he says, adding monitoring of the buses will also be easier.
The cooperative has installed a GPS-based tracking system on all 44 buses plying different routes in Kathmandu Valley to track their locations.
The app can be downloaded from the Google Playstore and users have to click “View Sajha location” to view the locations of Sajha buses.
