Dhangadhi, September 30
A health worker was found dead in the toilet of Doti District Hospital on Wednesday.
According to police, 34-year-old Auxiliary Health Worker (AHW) Prem Bogati, who worked at the hospital and was a resident of Bogatan Fudsil Rural Municipality-6, was found dead at around 11 am.
SP Sagar Bohara, chief of the District Police Office, said Bogati was found dead in the toilet.
According to him, a search was launched after Bogati, who had gone to the toilet, did not return for a long time. He was subsequently found dead inside the toilet.
The district hospital, however, said Bogati was found unconscious in the toilet and died while undergoing treatment.
Further investigation into the incident is underway.
