The auspicious time for receiving Tika during this year’s Dashain has been set for 11:53 am on Ashwin 16 (October 2), according to the Nepal Panchanga Niryanak Samitee.
On Bijayadashami morning, the auspicious time for Devi Bisarjan will be at 9:23 am. It has also been suggested that those receiving Tika should face east.
Dashain in 2082 BS begins on Ashwin 6 (Sept 22) with Ghatasthapana at 9:13 am.
