Doti, November 23
The identities of those killed in the bus accident in Dadeldhura on Thursday evening have been established, authorities say.
The deceased are: Keshav Kadayat (21) of Godawari Municipality-2, Kailali; Sharada Kadayat (20) of Godawari Municipality-10; Yogendra Bohara (22) and Shankar Jora (24) of Shikhar Municipality-7, Doti; Sharada Rawat(22) of Shikhar Municipality-7; Narayan Chaudhary of Dhangadhi Metropolis-28, Kailali; Shashi BK (35) Dipayal Silgadhi-4, Doti; Goda Bhat (25) of Dipayal Silgadhi- 11; and Yogendra Rawal (40) of Dipayal Silgadhi-4, traffic police post Dadeldhura said.
Others on the list are: Chakra Dhami of Nawadurga Rural Municipality-3, Dadeldhura; Rohit Balayar of Shikhar Municipality-20, Doti; Maya Rawal of Ganyapdhura-3, Doti; Puran Kathayat of Godawari-10, Kailali; Tilak Khati of Nawadurga rural municipality-3, Dadeldhura; Tej Dhami; Sagar Balayar of Shikhar municipality-10; and Padam BK of Shikhar Municipality-11.
The bus belonging to Peace Zone Academy based in Shikhar municipality, Doti met with an accident as it was returning from a local fair. Among the 26 injured in the accident, 11 have been sent to Kailali for further treatment, two others have returned home, 13 are being treated at the sub-regional hospital.
