A man has been found dead in mysterious circumstances in Bharatpur of the Chitwan district in southern Nepal on Thursday.
The deceased, yet to be identified, appears in his early 30s. His body was submerged in mud on the road at Dairy Chok, Bharatpur-17.
The man’s head has a bullet injury and the police also found a bullet cartridge near the body. Therefore, police have suspected he was shot dead.
SP Om Adhikari, the chief of the District Police Office, says law enforcers are further investigating the case.
