
Kathmandu, May 13
An aeroplane of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army arrived in Kathmandu on Wednesday morning to deliver various medical equipment that Nepal has brought from China through the Nepal Army.
Officials in the Department of Customs say the consignment includes masks, goggles, personal protective equipment, boots, boot covers, gloves, and thermometres. An official says these are parts of the Chinese Army’s support to the Nepal Army.
The exact amount of the equipment brought today is not known yet.
The aircraft had landed at the Tribhuvan International Airport at around 9 am today.
