Kathmandu, April 7

Boju Bajai, a podcast, is organising All Ears, which it says is the first podcast festival in Nepal this Saturday and Sunday.

The podcast says the festival is curated to celebrate the growing audio medium.

The two-day festival, supported and funded by Splice Media, will be held virtually via Zoom.

“The festival’s objective is to bring together international and national podcasters, aspiring podcasters, and podcast fans as a way to celebrate and elevate the medium.”

All Ears will have 10 sessions over two days (from 10 am to 6 pm), bringing together a host of international and Nepali podcasters who have used the audio medium to carve space for often-overlooked stories, experiences and perspectives, all the while creating an intimate relationship with their listeners through their voice and their innovative storytelling.
